The standard Lazy Kate attaches to the back of the Echo to hold 2-4 bobbins for convenient plying. With the by-passable hook orifice, you can spin any weight of yarn - or include any embellishment - without getting stuck in an orifice. Magnetic bobbins make switching bobbins & production spinning effortless. The stretchy drive band can be moved to different ratios (speeds) in seconds. ECHO EVOLUTION

  • 2024: The Echo evolved from the oval treadle design to the lower impact, more ergonomic “knock-less” treadle design. The Echo engraving option evolved from the Wildflower design to the Morning Glory design.

  • 2022: The Echo whorls evolved from gold to made in America 3D printed in black with higher and lower ratios.

  • 2019: The Echo whorl evolved from corian to gold with higher speeds. To handle these speeds without any vibration, the Echo flyer rod evolved from 1/4” diameter to 3/8” diameter.

  • 2016: The Echo whorl evolved from wood to corian to improve durability, longevity, and add a broader range of speeds for yarn spinning.
