Replacement Policy

PaulyWinder Replacement

If you accidentally damage your PaulyWinder, we will replace it for a fraction of the cost.

Replace the left (large wing) arm - $50
Replace the right (bar) arm - $25

To proceed with a replacement, please follow our policy:

Ship the broken PaulyWinder arm to SpinPerfect at 196 Hawkins Road, Winlock, WA 98596. Include a copy of the return form with your shipment (download by clicking on the button below).

SpinPerfect Return Form

After receiving the broken arm(s) we will reuse undamaged metal hardware. This keeps our cost of replacement low. All the plastic components will be brand new.

We will ship the replacement bar to customers within the lower 48 United States for free.

International customers must pay round trip shipping to/from SpinOlution on their replacement PaulyWinder arm(s).

Cost of shipping a broken PaulyWinder to SpinPerfect for replacement is the customer’s responsibility.

SpinPerfect Bobbin Shaft Replacement

If you accidentally break your SpinPerfect bobbin shaft, please email a photo of the breakage to spinperfect@spinolution.com with your bobbin size, shaft size (1/4” or 3/8”) and shipping address.

Shipping a replacement bobbin shaft within the lower 48 United States is free. International bobbin shaft replacement shipments will be paid by the customer.

Customers can either be sent an invoice to their email address or pay the shipping quote at https://paypal.me/SpinOlution based on their location.
