If you order a wheel and it arrives broken, even if the box has no visible damage, it was always damaged in transit. This is why we fully insure every package we ship.

Need to file a claim on shipping damage? Take photos of the broken pieces upon arrival, the box, and the packing materials and email them to your dealer so we can file a claim.
